One of the coffees we use comes from the Finca La Florida (Peru Chanchamyo), where we willingly paid extra to buy the harvest over 20 years ago. Excellent links are also in place with the other two suppliers in Bolivia and Honduras.

Ideal for preparation with fully and semi-automatic coffee machines. Water temperature when brewing not to exceed 91°C; for water hardness above 18°fH we recommend using a softening agent.

Slightly acid notes and mildly bitter notes, slight sweetness, little saltiness
