Two blends that belong at the apex of international espresso culture.
Both products in this line impress on account of their very intensive, perfectly-balanced flavour notes and a wealth of roast aromas. Roasted extremely slowly, they attain a dark roasted colour right into their core. This blend comprises the best Arabicas with a high proportion of high-quality, washed Robustas all of which
are sourced individually by us in their country of origin. Barista d‘Arte and the new Rosso & Nero have already been used successfully at barista championships. And Rosso & Nero is our first blend to bear the CSC label. This organisation (Caffè Speciali Certificati) obliges its members to comply with today‘s most stringent quality criteria for coffee.
Barista D’Arte:
Specially designed for fans of a very punchy espresso with the sweetish flavour of premium Arabicas and the smoky aroma of high-quality natural Robustas (30%). Has been used by the winner of the Swiss Barista Championship.

Ideal for preparation with fully and semi-automatic coffee machines. Water temperature when brewing not to exceed 91°C; for water hardness above 18°fH we recommend using a softening agent.
Taste
Mildly acidic notes and somewhat more intense bitter notes, distinct sweetness

Notes of honey, liquorice, dark bread, oranges and cherries, smoky and earthy notes in the background

Very round yet powerful, pleasantly bitter
